Got a bigger boat so this one’s gotta go. This is a 1970s 12 foot smoker craft. All work was done last summer. I rebuilt the transom with 3/4” plywood and 1/8” aluminum stock. The aluminum seats were cracking at the rivets so I put cedar 2x6 in instead, added a locking storage drawer under the rear seat. All wood got atleast 5-6 coats of spar varnish. The transom board got 10. I used 5200 on any attachment thru the boat and put it all the way around the transom. All rivets were epoxied from the
