One of Diego Mercado’s neighbors did and now his parents want to set the record straight. This stems from what the teen is often wearing, which is military gear, and likes to carry, which is an Airsoft rifle. While carrying one does have an age limit in San Antonio city limits, the family lives outside those limits.
