Teac A-2300S tape speed is slightly too fast

Hello. I have bought a Teac A-2300S reel-to-reel deck on and it arrived this morning. The seller said the heads are in fine shape and it has been serviced, and that seems to be the case. It works well - except the playback speed is slightly too fast. I have a commercial reel recording of
