Sahara Rear Drag is the first-ever rear drag option in the Sahara lineup. Featuring Fightin' Lever II, the Sahara will allow anglers to make incredibly easy adjustments to the drag setting while fighting fish.

Shimano Sahara R Spinning Reels feature a cold forged spool making these reels super durable. They also have a super smooth drag system with Fightin Drag. This Fightin Drag allows the angler to quickly get back to the original drag setting by utilizing a strike point on the Fightin Drag lever. When the lever is moved to the strike position, an audible click is heard and the lever snaps into position.
