If you do not have your design/logo in the DST format, go ahead and send it to us anyway! Our software might be able to convert your file, and we won’t charge you anything for digitizing your design/logo. Please make sure you are not violating any trademark, copyright, or similar protection rules. Please confirm the digital mockup! We will process your hat in 1-2 days. Orders take 2-7 days to arrive. • Each order will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. If there is an issue with the provided address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed “delivered” by USPS. • All sales are FINAL due to customized embroidery of items.
