Can be mounted on the side or ceiling keeping your rods safe, secure and out of harm's way. They are designed to be purchased individually depending on how you would like to store your rods and how much space you have. The 22mm can be used in conjunction with our 40mm option to hold the rod butt in place or use two 22mm if just supporting the rod above the reel through to the tips. On ordering, please check your quantities and diameter sizes. The black marine grade shock cord allows you to either push the rod in against the cord and hold in place or completely release the cord, which falls out of the way for quick easy access, then snap it back in place when you are on the move. Fitting: The milled T slot provides 2 square shoulders with great surface area for a superior mechanical bond. Simply overfill slot with structural polyurethane marine adhesive (Brands like Sika, 3M and Bostik) also place dollop in middle and allow to spread into groves when compressed on to surface. The only way this block can come off is if you have not prepped your boats surface, follow the directions on the adhesive you are using and prep your boat surface to suit, an alcohol wipe is included to remove any oil residue from your skin from handling the Mounting Block.
