ALL WRAPS ARE SOLD AS A SET OF 2 WRAPS Size of Wraps: FULL SIZE -24" by 48" TRAVEL SIZE - 16"X32" (ONLY COMES LAMINATED) KID SIZE -12"X24" (ONLY COMES LAMINATED) *TRAVEL AND KID SIZE WRAPS ARE DESIGNED AROUND THE USE OF A 4" HOLE* If you build your travel/kid size boards with a different size hole, rings, text and other design elements around the hole may be trimmed off or have alignment variations. Wraps are digitally printed with Eco-Sol Ink on Rapid Air Release Vinyl. This is the best ink on the market and high quality wrap vinyl. This special vinyl allows you to eliminate any bubbles you may have much easier, while trying to install, just by simply pressing gently on them with your finger. All wraps must be applied dry and to a very clean, smooth surface. All wraps should have a clear coat applied after being installed to help protect your wrap and to give you the slick surface needed for cornhole boards. If you opt for laminated wraps you will not need to clear over them. Instead we go the extra mile and apply a tough, clear laminate on top of each wrap to add a high gloss finish. This laminating process provides extra protection as well as excellent UV and abrasion resistance. With laminated graphics, just apply and PLAY! Center hole is not pre-cut and will not be printed on the design. The only time a circle will be printed is if once it is applied to the board and trimmed, creating a ring around the hole. This allows you to install the graphic to your custom built board, then cut the hole out with a razor blade. Once the wraps are applied, trim off the outside edges to give yourself that 1/8" or 1/4" border to set the look off! This will also allow the edge of the wood to protect the edge of the wraps and significantly extend their lifespan vs. cutting the wraps flush with the edge of the boards.
