In FLW Bass Fishing, you're a pro fisherman out to hook the big fish in a pristine mountain lake. On the first screen, you reel through the options: Play, How to Play, Profiles, Options, Credits, Help, and About. There are two game modes: Arcade and Competition. In Arcade mode, you're racking up as many points as possible within five minutes. Competition Mode is a tournament spanning three days. With each qualification, you win prize money you can spend to upgrade your equipment. Your Android device acts as your fishing reel. You cast your line by flicking your phone, and if you hook a fish, you tilt your phone right and left to fight the fish. You must keep a keen eye on your line tension and the fish's power to make sure your line doesn't snap.
