1997 Carolina Skiff 18’8”. I have been preparing this boat for two years to be a combination Bay fishing and freshwater catfish dragging style rig. Those of you who follow Dieter Melhorn catfishing on You Tube will recognize that this rig is patterned after his guide boat. Includes the

Includes the following; Low time 2 stroke Yamaha 90 hp outboard serviced by Manuel and his crew at Portland Marine last fall ( has not been on water since servicing ) includes new looking stainless prop. New $1400.00 plus install jack plate ( also last fall ) New 12 volt 55 lb thrust remote ( key fob ) or foot pedal controlled trolling motor ( never been in water ) Two new last fall deep cycle/ starting 12 volt batteries New style depth finder/ GPS with additional Lakes and Bays card installed ( never been installed) includes multi position mounting system. Transducer IS mounted along with power cable,unit is not yet. New seat cushions all around to include helm seat, helm back rest, seat and back rest on front of console New Bimini top with slide mount ( was an extra cost ) New fuel filter/ water separator with new fuel lines New 6 rod dragging bar with 6 Monster Rod holders installed New Windshield New throttle/ shift box with new cables New helm steering box with new steering cable 12 new upright rod holders New LED trailer lights on EZ loader bars ( well above the water line ) New trailer axle complete with hubs and bearings ( installed at Portland Marine last fall ) Three new trailer tires ( includes spare ) mounted on original galvanized rims. ( also last fall ) All of the above upgrades / modifications were done late last year in anticipation of hitting the lakes and bays hard this Spring but health issues dictate that this will never happen.
